Victoria Westcott

Hi, I’m Victoria! I wear a few hats—film producer, recruitment specialist, and professional speaker—but they all come back to one thing: bringing people and stories together. My expertise spans producing, crowdfunding, and even teaching abroad, and I love sharing what I’ve learned along the way.I started my producing career with the indie, crowdfunded feature Locked in a Garage Band (2012), which played at several festivals and was distributed on cable TV and specialty channels worldwide. In 2018, I helped shepherd the animated feature Elliot: The Littlest Reindeer from development to release. Written and directed by my sister Jen Westcott, the film was released globally in theatres and on VOD, and features the voices of Josh Hutcherson, Samantha Bee, Morena Baccarin, Martin Short, and John Cleese. Now, I’m returning to my live-action roots. I’m currently producing an international co-production with Germany for children, as well as developing a feature adaptation of The Pickleball Coup, based on the widely read article by Ben Mussett.Together, Jen and I run Elgin Road Productions, where our focus is on telling meaningful stories for people worldwide. We are committed to equity and inclusion and are always looking to collaborate with like-minded creatives.
